Work Wardrobe Essentials for Women

Today I ‘ll be sharing some tips to update your work wardrobe. Your work wardrobe basics in place will be the end to those horrible "I have nothing to wear!" moments. The basics are the building blocks to your own personal style and they give you the freedom of choice from having many more outfit combinations to choose from. So experiment, and update your boring work wardrobe with some trendy pieces. Here’s a list of 10 essential items in your work wardrobe:

.Skinny Belt- It helps to create a thinner and sexier waiste line.

.Straight Legged Navy Jeans- I cannot stress enough on how essential dark navy jeans are. Straight legged is what I usually recommend because they are flattering and work for most body shapes.

.Feminine Blouse- Ignore what everyone tells you about needing a crisp white shirt. Find something you like. Introduce some texture and prints in your blouses.

.Footwear- Flats are a big NO! Go for flat plums and Stilletoes, invest in atleast 2 pairs of each. And if you can’t handle heels at office then go for wedge heels.

.Accessories- By accessories we mean jewelry, watches and scarves. A bright coloured scarf can take away some unwanted attention from a boring pair of trouser and shirt. Though one should keep jewelry to the minimal at work but a smart ring or a neckpiece is all that is needed to do add some spark.

.High Waist Pant- Buy two neutral colours like cream and black.

.Formal Bag- A nice formal bag add personality to your overall look, try to keep it as simple as possible.

.A Well- Cut Coat – One must have a coat in neutral colour that goes with everything. A timeless piece like that will take you from season to season.

.Straight legged pants- Buy atleast 3 colours- black, blue and grey.

.3 piece suit- Every woman needs a power suit to be ready for a business meeting. Choose one that has a blazer, pants and skirt to get the most out of your investment.
